Don't Be Late LLC ("Don't Be Late," "we," "us," or "our") operates dontbelate.ai and related properties. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our site, book a call, purchase services, or receive our communications.
You provide directly: name, email, phone number (for SMS only if you opt in), billing address, contact-form and chat messages, booking details, and payment info (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers). Collected automatically: browser type, device info, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, and cookies.
To deliver AI automation and customer-communication services; schedule and confirm calls and appointments; process payments via Stripe; send SMS notifications (only if you opt in — see Section 3); respond to support; and meet legal obligations. We will never sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
